ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, JULY 9, 2012:  Leo Burnett Group Singapore has appointed Steve Rushbrook to the newly-created role of operations and content director of the agency. The appointment came on the back of the agency’s expansion, more than doubling in size over the last three years, and to support further integration within the group.

John Kyriakou, CEO, Leo Burnett Group Singapore commented on the appointment: His valuable experience in the area of working with different disciplines to put them together as one seamless and integrated resource is exactly what we need to bring about more efficiency for our clients.”

Rushbrook joins Leo Burnett with 20 years of experience in the advertising industry. Most recently as national managing partner of Ogilvy South Africa, Rushbrook had started up and developed RedWorks which included the introduction of Digital Asset Management. Prior to that, as the chief information officer at The Jupiter Drawing Room in Johannesburg, Rushbrook had led the digital set up for the agency handling Coke FIFA 2010 advertising business among other things. Not a stranger to Asia, Rushbrook was the general manager of Ogilvy RedWorks in Singapore where he had helped and supported the startup and development of RedWorks here.
