De La Peña joins Publicis from TWBA\Group Singapore where she has built a solid reputation as an integrated business leader among clients and peers and an impressive new business track record, Publicis said in a press release.

“I was in TBWA for nine years there and it was my home. I loved every minute of it but It is time for me to stretch myself further and I look forward to the challenges ahead,”  De La Peña told adobo.

She said she got sold with the vision of the newly appointed global CEO of Publicis, Arthur Sadoun, for the agency. “The Publicis values and focus are on entrepreneurship, New Business, and innovation are what I deeply believe in,” De La Peña said.

“I look forward to exciting years ahead as I step into my new role,” De La Peña said in the release. “Publicis’ vision of building success based on innovation, client obsession and entrepreneurship are what most appealed to me. These are the same fundamental values that I strongly believe in and I have applied in building my career since I started in advertising.”

De La Peña joined TBWA in 2005 as New Business Director and was part of the core team that secured the Singapore Airlines business in 2007. Soon after, she was the Global Brand Leader of Singapore Airlines, setting up the global operating model for eight regional hubs across the TBWA\ Group network. In 2007, she won the “Account/Business Development Person of the Year” award, recognized for successfully leading two of the region’s most competitive pitches—Singapore Airlines and Sentosa Resorts World.
