Nanjing Yindu now Yindu Ogilvy

ASIA-PACIFC – BEIJING, CHINA, DECEMBER 22, 2011: Ogilvy & Mather announced on December 20, 2011 that it has acquired Nanjing Yindu Advertising Agency boosting Ogilvy’s service in the Yangtze River Delta, which covers Jiangsu, Anhui, and Zheijang provinces. The said provinces are reported to be the future hotspot for global brands and up-and-coming Chinese brands.

According to TB Song, Chairman of Ogilvy & Mather Greater China, they have been working with Nanjing Yindu for more than five years for opportuntiies and partnership. 

“We know Yindu very well and are confident that this acquisition will bring tremendous benefits, local insights, knowledge and expertise to global clients that are pursuing expansion in this region of China and to Chinese brands looking to spread their wings,” explained Song.

Nanjing Nindu has worked with Chinese brands such as Jiangsu Mobile, Heilan Home, Jiangsu Yanghe Brewery, Nanjing Iveco, MoonHare, Simcere, Longliqi and China Construction Bank since 1994. 

 

With more than 250 employees specializing in traditional and digital brand strategies, creative advertising, media planning, and event managanement, Yindu Ogilvy will also focus on pharmaceutical, financial, technology, FMCG, and lifestlye brands.
