MANILA, OCTOBER 24, 2012 – One-third of iconic Filipino musical group Apo Hiking Society, Jim Paredes, joins the next session of Raw School.
The group is one of the Philippines’ widely-acclaimed musicians. They captured the nation’s attention in 1969 and remained active until 2010. The timelessness of their music was proven as the group’s 28 songs were featured in the musical movie “I Do Bidoo Bidoo”, which was produced by Unitel Productions.
Being a part of an undoubtedly inspired trio, Paredes knows how to look for inspiration and keep it, a topic that he will be focusing on during the session.
Raw School will be meeting tomorrow, October 25, 2012, 8:00pm, at Quantum Café, Makati City.
