September 16, 2013 – Spikes Asia 2013 has released two more shortlists of entries under the categories for Branded Content & Entertainment and Film.
Ace Saatchi & Saatchi Manila continued its lead in the Philippines, bagging three additional finalists: Ariel’s ‘Olympic Shirt Flag’ was shortlisted under Branded Content & Entertainment, while the agency’s ‘Sisters Re-meet’ and ‘Dad and Son Re-meet’, both for money remittance service Cebuana Lhuillier, were shortlisted under Film.
The three finalists bring Ace Saatchi & Saatchi’s total number of shortlisted entries to 11, six belonging to PLDT’s ‘Screen Age Love Story.’
Also making it to the shortlisted entries were DM9JaymeSyfu, Leo Burnett Manila, Y&R Philippines, TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno, JWT Manila, and McCann Worldgroup Philippines.
On September 15, Spikes Asia 2013 released 10 shortlists for the following categories: Design, Digital, Direct, Media, Mobile, Outdoor, PR, Print, Promo & Activation, and Radio. As of posting time, four categories’ shortlists have yet to be revealed: Creative Effectiveness, Film Craft, Integrated, and Print & Poster Craft.
This year’s Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity received close to 4,900 entries from 20 countries.
The winners will be revealed during the Spikes Asia awards ceremony on Tuesday evening, September 17, at the Grand Theater, Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
