MAKATI, PHILIPPINES – Silverlens is having a virtual walkthrough Friday, 13 November 2020, from 5 to 6 PM, with artist Norberto Roldan and Chương-Đài Võ, a researcher and curator at Asia Art Archive in Hong Kong.
In this special digital event, hear these two figures deconstruct the themes and motivations that prompted the artist’s towering assemblages for the series, ‘100 Altars for Roberto Chabet,’ as well as his smaller-scale series, ‘Fugitives from the Land of the Rising Sun.’
This event called Scaling Ziggurat is organized for Roldan’s ongoing show entitled Ziggurat, which runs until 21 November at Silverlens. Register here (https://bit.ly/ScalingZiggurat) to join the walkthrough.
