Events: Ayala Museum launches virtual art workshops for kids & adults this summer

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — This summer, Ayala Museum‘s virtual art workshops goes back to basic art techniques while finding inspiration from the museum’s art and history collection.

Each workshop includes consultation sessions with the teachers and is limited to 10 slots only for a better learning experience.

Basic Drawing: Mythical Creatures w/ Karla Sajona

This year’s summer workshop for kids will be going digital! Using an iPad, we will be integrating basic techniques of digital media to create your next masterpiece inspired by the Ayala Museum’s art and history collection.

Basic Drawing: Lozano’s Still Life w/ Abe Orobia

Learn the basics of drawing by studying the still life works of Filipino artist Jose Honorato Lozano. In this workshop, participants will utilize three mediums in rendering works of art.

Learn to paint landscapes by discovering the works of Juan Luna with Benedict Reyna. In this workshop, understand how mountains, valleys, oceans, trees and the like can be combined in a beautiful composition.
