MANILA, PHILIPPINES — In a show that awards the best of the best, Propel Manila shone bright with three major wins at the recently concluded Southeast Asia Agency of the Year Awards by Campaign Asia.

Besting agencies across Southeast Asia, Propel Manila was named Southeast Asia Best Culture Gold and Southeast Asia Talent Development Program Bronze. In the competition of Philippine independent agencies, Propel Manila shared the top spot with Nuworks for Silver in Philippines Independent Agency of the Year. Surviving a series of lockdowns is no easy feat. While the pandemic continued to test the business, Propel Manila has continued to strengthen its culture that drives the people, the work, and the business — and eventually wins awards.

“We have always believed that culture is one of our strongest assets,” says Propel Manila Culture Chief Maureen Go-Valenzuela. “Our culture is our always-on reminder of our mission to create work that the world needs and work that makes people better.”

“These wins are super important for us, especially because these are won during the toughest of years,” says Propel Manila Chief Executive JC Valenzuela. “And more especially because these awards are a great indication of overall agency health — from culture to creative to business, all the way to community work.”
