One of the key objectives of this partnership is to amplify environmental consciousness, effectively reduce carbon footprints, and advocate for sustainable living in the heart of Muntinlupa. The rooftop garden initiative at The Bellevue Manila is a testament to this commitment. “We believe in the power of collective action and envision a future where sustainable practices are an integral part of our daily lives,” added Mavic.

In line with its sustainable initiatives, The Bellevue Manila’s rooftop garden is an embodiment of a farm-to-table concept aimed at redefining sustainable dining. Situated above the bustling city, this thriving garden not only adds to the hotel’s scenic charm but plays a pivotal role in supplying fresh, organic produce directly to its restaurants. The carefully nurtured crops make a swift and direct transition from garden to kitchen, allowing guests to relish dishes crafted from the day’s harvest. This culinary innovation underscores The Bellevue Manila’s dedication to reducing its carbon footprint, supporting local agriculture, and offering a delectable, eco-conscious dining experience.
