OPPO offers a reservation service using the My OPPO App or the OPPO Support page, wherein customers can book a specific time and date in any OPPO service center.
OPPO smartphone users have the My OPPO app pre-installed on their smartphones. Just open the app and tap “Reserve” from the menu. Select the nearest or most convenient OPPO Service Center on the support tab. Click “Start” and it will ask you to set the time and date of the reservation and supply other important information. After confirming all the details, you’re all set, and make sure to be there at the scheduled appointment.
The process on the website is similar. Go to OPPO Reservation service and find your nearest service center available. Once you select the nearest branch, select “Reservation Service” and click the “Start” button. It will ask for necessary information and a preferred time and date.
