Born out of our Innovation Kitchen in New York City, the Veggie Shack (PHP400) is made from a proprietary blend of real garden vegetables, seared to perfection with American cheese, pickles, crispy onions, and ShackSauce all on a toasted non-GMO potato bun. The Veggie Shack proves that the finest veggie burgers come from the garden to the grill, created by chefs using real vegetables! That’s 11 vegetables — Portobello mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potato, carrot, celery, leek, roasted red onion, roasted garlic, cabbage, beet, and chives — smashed and packed and powered by whole ingredients like sunflower seeds, miso, farro, and quinoa.
