Recognizing the indispensable role her mother played, Mich expanded the Sugar High brand by creating  Ging’s Gourmet, a heartfelt homage to Mommy Ging’s rich culinary heritage. Ging’s Gourmet showcases an array of homey, delectable cakes and breads, meticulously crafted using recipes passed down through generations. These baked goods capture the warmth and nostalgia of traditional baking, celebrating the timeless talent of Mommy Ging, whose dedication to cooking is well-known and cherished. 

Mich and Mommy Ging didn’t stop there. Fueled by a shared dream and an entrepreneurial spirit, they ventured further with Kusinera by Chef Ging, a tribute to Mommy Ging’s remarkable journey as a single mother of six who tirelessly ensured her children were nurtured with the best meals. Kusinera embodies this legacy, offering an exquisite blend of Filipino and Asian fusion dishes that resonate with the comforting flavors of home. Each dish is a testament to Mommy Ging’s ingenuity and love for cooking, making the restaurant a beloved spot within their New Manila commissary.
