MANILA, PHILIPPINES — TUMI, the official premium luggage partner to ONE Championship, proudly hosted the ONE World Championship Belt last November 26 to 28. It made its stop at the TUMI store in Shangri-La Plaza Mall, days before “ONE 164,” ONE Championship’s final show for 2022, and its return to Manila after more than two years.
The prestigious ONE World Championship Belt is housed in the bespoke travel case exclusively designed by TUMI. The case features an illuminated TUMI logo in an industrial-strength custom-designed aluminum frame and combines a tough exterior with fluid, beautifully contoured angles as a nod to the martial arts legacy. It also utilizes TUMI’s signature FXT Ballistic Nylon, a custom form-fitted EVA interior with suede lining, and an integrated stand, providing an innovative travel solution and full 360-degree protection for the belt while in transit.
To celebrate this milestone, TUMI and ONE Championship also held a Meet & Greet with two of the Philippines’ Team Lakay athletes, Joshua Pacio and Geje Eustaquio at the TUMI Shangri-La Plaza store. Both athletes were welcomed by the ONE World Belt on full display and were gifted with their own, customized TUMI bags.
As part of the multi-year partnership, each ONE World Champion will also receive an exclusive sling that was created to support their journeys. It will allow them to carry and store the coveted ONE World Championship belt wherever they go. Featuring TUMI’s FXT Ballistic Nylon, elevated leather detailing, and a quilted interior for total protection, the sling reflects the signature design language of the TUMI Alpha 3 collection.
