Philippine Quill 2011 calls out to early birds

Manila, Philippines, August 26, 2011: Another award is slowly brewing for marketing, advertising and public relations professionals in the Philippines – and the organization behind it is willing to give some tips on how to win. The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) launches a prelude to the 2011 Quill Awards with a special seminar that will clue in this year’s participants on how they may increase their chances of winning.

Dubbed, “Go for excellence, Win a 2011 Quill!”, the event will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, from 1 to 5 p.m, Rooms KLM, Bayanihan Annex, Unilab, Mandaluyong City. The invitation is open to all past winners, experienced nominators, first-time entrants or simply the curious are all invited.

With this seminar, organizations lusting over their own Quill will learn how to write and put together an effective nomination – as shared by seasoned Quill winners, communicators and previous judges. Valuable tips and guidance from nominating and submitting entries, to understanding the judges’ mindset will be discussed. What’s more, it will give local participants much needed knowledge on how they may bag an International Quill in the process.
