MANILA – For 2016 Nutrition Month this July, Save the Children Philippines has launched its campaign, Lahat Dapat, against child malnutrition with a 90-second short film. Bates CHI & Partners Manila collaborated with Save the Children Philippines in an effort to reach out to more people and get them to answer this dire need.
“The idea of reaching for something is a very child-like thing,” says Jake Morales, copywriter for Bates CHI & Partners Manila. “Children reach for toys, for snacks, but what people don’t realise is that there are millions of children in the Philippines who cannot even reach the most basic thing, three proper meals a day.”
The agency hopes that the film not only captures audiences sympathy, but also moves people’s hearts to action.
