MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Bossjob, a chat-first career platform for professional recruitment across Southeast Asia (SEA), has expanded its reach with a new bus advertising campaign that features nearly 100 buses traversing Metro Manila.

The campaign displays Bossjob’s tagline, “Find Job. Talk to Boss,” along with a QR code that allows users to easily download the Bossjob app. By reaching a broad audience across the metro area, this initiative aims to enhance accessibility for job seekers and streamline hiring solutions for employers.

Bossjob’s ads are visible across Metro Manila as they pass through key cities such as Quezon City, Parañaque, Taguig, Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasay, Muntinlupa, Manila, and Valenzuela.

Bossjob Country Manager Kimberly Chen emphasized the platform’s dedication to bringing AI-driven hiring solutions and career opportunities closer to the public.

“We are committed to making job searching more accessible and efficient for Filipinos. Through this campaign, we aim to connect with job seekers on the go, reinforcing our commitment to simplifying the job search process and empowering job seekers with fast and direct access to employers,” she said.

Bossjob leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and big data to connect top talent with employers and match job seekers with relevant opportunities. The platform’s Model Driven Development (MDD) approach–mobile + direct chat + AI-matching–enhances matching accuracy, reduces information asymmetry, and improves recruitment efficiency for both parties.

Bossjob launches “Spot & Snap” online challenge

In tandem with the bus ads, Bossjob has launched an online contest where participants can win Php 3,000. The contest, running until September 22, invites individuals to spot Bossjob’s bus ads around the metro, take a photo, and share it on social media, tagging the official social media pages of Bossjob and using the hashtags #BossjobPH #BossjobBus.

The bus ads run on several major routes, including EDSA, PITX, Commonwealth Avenue, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Alabang, Lawton, and McArthur Highway.

The photo contest aims to encourage user participation and interaction with Bossjob’s offerings, which include a wide array of job openings, AI-matching capabilities, and direct chat features with employers.

Bossjob’s latest interactive campaign is a testament to its continuous efforts to innovate and expand its reach. It provides a platform that caters to the evolving needs of employers and job seekers nationwide.

The hiring platform currently serves over 3 million active users in the Philippines and other Asian markets, including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
