Campaign Spotlight: Digi shares our childrens’ view of the pandemic this National Day

PETALING JAYA, MALAYSIA — For over a year, so many Malaysians have been impacted by the overwhelming effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. While we continue to do everything within our means to cope with these trying times, we can’t help but wonder what all of this means to our younger generation. This is the simple yet poignant premise of Digi Telecommunications’ National Day video, aptly titled ‘Teladan’.

Through slices of life, the video relates the profound awareness children have towards the everyday struggles that their parents and people around them are facing to make ends meet for the family. Our young ones also pick up values such as the determination shown, as well as the kindness and generosity given to those who are more in need. Often, this can have an enduring influence on these children, instilling important values that will remain with them throughout their lives.
