PARIS, FRANCE — Presenting a jury for an industry award show can be done in many ways. Most of them, let’s be honest, are boring.
However, the Young Director Award has found a remarkable way to do it through Danish Bacon-director Holger Karberg. For the third year in a row, Karberg presents the 37 names of the 2021 jury by way of song.

This time around, the young director (who earned a Silver Screen at YDA for last year’s jury presentation) takes on the undying art of the acapella group. In a blazer on top of a wolf shirt topped with a surfer style choker, Holger Karberg leads his quintet of quirky characters and beatboxers in a names-only rendition of the Stevie Wonder classic “Isn’t She Lovely”
