BRACKNELL, UK — MTArt Agency, the world’s first artist agency, is excited to announce the world premiere of Iregular’s ‘As Water Falls’, a unique interactive experience that explores our relationship with water using a spectacular digital waterfall. Running from Wednesday 6th April – Saturday 16th April, visitors will be welcomed by a cascading waterfall and the sound of flowing water. Upon closer inspection, those visiting will realise that ‘As Water Falls’ hides a number of exciting surprises.

Iregular’s trademark is their poetic use of the art technology to create fully interactive art installations that viewers can control with the light of their mobile phone torch. Each visitor will create their own unique experience as the waterfall reacts with movement and images.

Art collective, Iregular comments: “From all earthly elements, water is the one that unites us all best. It is at the basis of all its forms and embodies various concepts crucial to our very existence: vitality, continuity, sustainability, purification, and growth. As a new media art studio that explores nature-related themes, it is no surprise that our attraction to water reverts in many of our works.”

Councillor Marc Brunel-Walker, executive member for economic development and regeneration at Bracknell Forest Council, comments: “It is a major coup for the town centre to be the first to display ‘As Water Falls’. I can’t wait to experience it myself and I am sure it will be a talking point for many months to come. ‘Forest Springs’ is the latest in an exciting programme of events held by The Lexicon helping to secure its position as a cultural destination as well as a key regional shopping and leisure location.”

In addition to ‘As Water Falls’, there are a host of other activities and art installations for visitors of The Lexicon to enjoy. A spectacular canopy of giant blue, gently spinning raindrops and the pitter patter of April showers will greet visitors to Braccan Walk North. In the centre of this breathtaking raindrops display will be an education cube, full of useful facts and information about water and the role it plays in the environment. In Princess Square, visitors will discover the River Nets Retreat, an immersive space to take some time-out from the everyday hustle and bustle of the town centre. Throughout the Forest Springs event, water themed performers will be entertaining visitors on the avenues and walkways of The Lexicon.

On Saturday 9th April 2022, running from 1pm – 8pm, there will be a musical celebration in Bond Square, featuring an eclectic mix of singers and bands to get everyone’s toes tapping.

Rob Morris, general manager at The Lexicon comments: “Forest Springs promises to be an amazing event with something for all the family to enjoy. With so many different aspects on offer, we believe it will keep everyone entertained throughout the Easter holidays. We’ll be unveiling details of all activities and creative sights over the coming weeks so you’ll have plenty of time to plan your visits to The Lexicon.”
