Campaign Spotlight: Jollibee showcases the relentless spirit of fathers in an inspiring Kwentong Jollibee Father’s Day tribute

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – From the first time fathers laid their eyes on their child, to the moment they see them growing up, they have made a solid promise to themselves to continue being a pillar of strength and a great provider for their families — no matter what it takes.

This June, Jollibee and creative agency McCann Worldgroup Philippines celebrate all persevering dads as they present a Kwentong Jollibee Father’s Day special that captures what a father would go the extra mile for as a champion for his family.

Directed by Chris Martinez, ‘Maestro’ is inspired by a story of a father whose small business and main source of livelihood was hit hard during the pandemic. Fueled by the love and support of his family, and his commitment to be able to provide for them no matter what, the father achieves his goal to come up with an ideal solution to cope with their current situation.

To further highlight the hard work and perseverance of fathers, Jollibee included snippets of real-life dads who shifted to new endeavors in an effort to sustain their families during the pandemic.
