MANILA, PHILIPPINES – It’s no question that photography has taken an even stronger role in today’s society due to the rise of digital media and technology. Some people may argue that it’s taken too much of a role in this generation’s day-to-day life. However, PSBank shows its positive side with a fun new ad by independent Philippine agency Seven A.D.
The film pokes fun at a father’s frustration with his daughter’s obsession with taking photos and posting them online. That frustration turns into amazement when he finds out that his daughter’s photo-taking and online sharing can now be used to deposit cheques into any PSBank accounts. Just take a photo of the cheque, upload it on the app, and then it’s safely tucked into your bank account.
Entitled “Millennial”, the film is part of the Moments Uninterrupted campaign. It aims to emphasize that “Whatever you are doing, wherever you are, your life shouldn’t stop just because you need to send cash or deposit a check.”
Russell Molina, Seven A.D. Executive Creative Director shared “PSBank’s new product innovations aim to make banking easier and true to their tagline, simpler and more dependable. For the films we once again took the ‘unbank-like’ route and pushed the envelope by crafting an entertaining narrative around an exciting service that we feel will help a lot of consumers.”
