Campaign Spotlight: “Shotover Films” Creates Experiential Commercial for Luxury Lodge “The Hills” in Queenstown

QUEENSTOWN, NEW ZEALAND ⁠— Have you ever wondered what it’s like to stay at Michael Hill’s stunning $38,000 a night luxury lodge? Shotover Films created an experiential commercial for luxury travel designers Touch of Spice, following a group of friends enjoying the property and surrounding escapes.

Shotover Films developed the creative concept to showcase the property by taking a measured and thoughtful approach to the shoot. Set in 500 acres of tranquil ambience, in a stunning glacial valley and surrounded by snow-capped mountains. “This demanded that part of the production be taken into the greater environment,” said James Perry, Director of Shotover Films, “We have one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world and we are always challenging our clients to utilise it in spectacular ways.”
