BANGKOK, THAILAND – As the first wave of COVID-19 situation in Thailand is getting better, the government has announced to start easing up the lockdown. In effect, people have become less cautious in going outside, gathering in crowds, while not wearing face masks. This has raised the alarm for the Thai Health Promotion Foundation, as it is concerned that these activities may result to the spike of COVID-19 cases.
Working with Leo Burnett Thailand, the partnership created the “Live New Normal Life” campaign, a project that promotes a set of behaviors and mindsets that people should have in returning to their “normal” lives. This includes “taking care of yourself,” “paying attention to others,” and “building discipline.”
The creative teams believe that these behaviors need to be in the forefront of Thais’ minds to create a healthier and safer post-quarantine life.
