BANGKOK, THAILAND — To celebrate the 8th anniversary of its ecommerce app, Central Department Store, Thailand’s leading retail store, brings itself closer to its shoppers with its new campaign called “Shop It Your Way.” Developed by Thai creative agency Wolf BKK, the campaign, “Dear Valued Customer,” features an insightful branding film that truly understands eCommerce behaviors titled.

From shopping in one’s pajamas, in the comfort of their own commode, to actually hearing honest customer reviews, the ad brings humor as it shows unique customer journeys set in their department store.
