SINGAPORE — KFC, renowned for its finger-lickin’ good chicken, is excited to announce the eagerly anticipated return of the KFC Zinger Double Down for the eighth time. This time, it’s accompanied by an interactive fitness twist and a new variation – the KFC Cheesy Mushroom Zinger Double Down, that packs an extraordinary crunch and punch alongside the original fan-favourite Zinger Double Down.
A campaign merging indulgence and fitness
To mark this exciting launch, KFC introduces an innovative campaign that seamlessly blends indulgence and fitness. Featuring a wallscape at Serangoon MRT Station that comprises a Whack-A-Mole game, designed to offer commuters an interactive fitness experience and give them another reason to satisfy their cravings. Conceptualised by Havas Media Singapore, this game encourages individuals with $1 off to shed any guilt and relish the irresistible Cheesy Mushroom Zinger Double Down. Commuters may also upload a video of their gameplay to Instagram and tag @kfc_sg to redeem free Fries.
“The gamified wallscape speaks to the concept of guilt-free indulgence. Our collaboration with KFC to execute this innovate concept not only showcases the delectable appeal of their new launch but also offers fans an experiential incentive to treat themselves,” said Kelvin Goh, Media Director from Havas Media Group Singapore.
The execution features creatives by R/GA to entice commuters with the campaign tagline, “Go On. Give In.” to drive them to the closest KFC outlet.

A flavourful encounter of taste and texture
The Cheesy Mushroom Zinger Double Down features herb-marinated sautéed mushrooms, melted mozzarella, cheddar, and mayo, all nestled between Hot & Crispy Zinger fillets, promising fragrant and crunchy delight with every bite.
For enthusiasts of the original, the KFC Zinger Double Down makes its comeback, boasting crispy chicken bacon topped with creamy mayo and sliced cheddar cheese, sandwiched between succulent Hot & Crispy Zinger fillets.
To complement the Double Down experience, KFC presents a limited-time offer of Hot Devil Drumlets in a mouthwatering spicy lime flavour, available from August 23.
