BANGKOK, THAILAND — In celebration of three decades of enduring passion in Thailand, Porsche has announced a partnership with pioneering global music and media company 88rising to empower aspiring Thai artists to achieve their dreams. The two iconic brands will work together to provide a platform, #DreamsinColours, for up-and-coming Thai artists to showcase their music and embark on a journey to achieve greatness.

The #DreamsinColours TikTok challenge invites emerging artists in Thailand to stitch their performances on 88rising’s announcement on TikTok. The program will span three weeks and aims to broaden 88rising’s presence in the local market of Thailand.

88rising as a label has focused on building opportunities for Asian artists worldwide and propelling them into the global music scene. Such ways of doing so include immersive writing camps in different regions to nurture and uplift artists. In collaboration with Porsche, their collective mission is dedicated to allowing local artists and producers from Thailand to share their dreams.

“Thailand is one of the most exciting markets in the Southeast Asian region, a country brimming with vibrance, creativity, and talent. 88rising is the perfect partner to help us find a new generation of dreamers, and by creating the #DreamsinColours TikTok challenge, we look forward to being inspired by what creators in Thailand can do,” said Yannick Ott, Director Marketing at Porsche Asia Pacific.

Earlier this year, Porsche released a special collection of 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand sports cars in the seven colors of the days in a week in Thai culture, a meaningful tribute to the rich heritage of the Kingdom.

In addition, the brand also collaborated with athletic brand PUMA to release a limited-edition capsule of sneakers inspired by the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition color swatch. To commemorate the year 1993, when Thailand officially became an importer of Porsche, only 1,993 pairs of these sneakers will be available for purchase from May 28, each priced at 6,500THB.
