Ace Saatchi & Saatchi, Young Spikes nab Golds; Lowe scores most PHL Spikes

SINGAPORE – The Philippines’ sole Gold Spike was claimed in Radio by Ace Saatchi & Saatchi for Pampers ‘ZZZ Radio’. The campaign, which lulls infants to sleep by broadcasting white noise on a radio station has won critical acclaim and numerous awards, including a Bronze Lion at Cannes earlier this year.

At the same time, Publicis JimenezBasic’s Kulas V. Abrenilla and Niño Gupana did the country proud in the Young Spikes competition, scoring a Gold for their campaign based on an anti-corruption brief for the United Nations that they were given 48 hours to conceptualize before presenting their ideas to a panel of judges.

DM9Jayme Syfu took home a Silver Spike in Outdoor for its ‘Pocket Fire Extinguisher’ for the city of Las Piñas, while Leo Burnett nabbed a PR Silver Spike for P&G’s Ariel and Downy Parfum ‘Aid Couture’.
