HONG KONG — Express transportation company FedEx Express (FedEx), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. has launched a digital campaign across Asia Pacific to promote the brand as a solutions expert that can help businesses leverage opportunities.

The “Discover FedEx Solutions” campaign is targeted at SME owners in Asia Pacific who have increasingly demanding requirements for their international shipments and packages. The campaign is underpinned by a series of lighthearted animated online videos that parallel everyday experiences to real-life delivery challenges of SMEs.

The videos bring to life the passionate, dynamic and ingenious people behind FedEx solutions specifically:

·         “Grow Your Business,” which shows the ease of getting the right custom clearance documents with Global Trade Manager (GTM)
·         “Make Life Easier,” depicts how FedEx Quick Form helps save time in paperwork preparation and was launched on April 9.
·         “Peace of Mind,” shows how a SME owner can track multiple packages using FedEx unified tracking, and will be launched on April 23.

The campaign – launching in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Korea until early May – is fully integrated into digital channels including a dedicated landing page, Facebook, YouTube, mobile and online publications.  Pre-roll video, online banner advertisements and keyword search are driving viewership towards these channels and a series of “behind the scenes” Facebook posts that show the making-of these videos will be posted on Facebook to drive further engagement and advocacy.

“The campaign comes in recognition of major changes in the marketplace. We have responded by creating a fully integrated digital campaign that reflects the changing digital behavior of our customers,” said Malcolm Sullivan, Vice President, Marketing and Customer Experience at FedEx Asia Pacific.
