MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Global social innovation company Limitless Lab has announced the launch of GreatGov GPT, a new platform to help public servants easily create public policies and documents.
With GreatGov GPT, government employees and public officials can readily generate policy drafts and ideas such as memoranda, bills, ordinances, guidelines, and terms of references. The platform’s intuitive interface allows users to input key information and receive tailored policy drafts within minutes.
“As someone who was once a millennial working in government, I know how time-consuming and tedious it can be to write documents such as project proposals and guidelines. At Limitless Lab, we believe in harnessing the power of design and technology to drive meaningful change in the public sector,” said Joie Cruz, CEO of Limitless Lab.
While GreatGov is not envisioned to be an end-to-end solution for public policy writing, its initial features can help government employees and officials jumpstart their writing process by providing AI-generated drafts and ideas.
The launch of GreatGov GPT comes at an opportune time when the Philippine national administration is advocating for streamlining and digitization of government services. This March 2023, the House of Representatives passed the e-Governance Act, which aims to transition the whole bureaucracy to faster and improved delivery of services to the public through digital transformation.

We strongly believe that if we empower and enable our public servants – including government employees and officials – with the right tools and methodologies to work smarter and do better, we also help improve the lives of Filipinos,” said Joie.
Joie added that as the platform grows and matures, they expect to add more features and improve its AI algorithm.
GreatGov GPT is one of the product lines under GreatGov, a no-code digital platform that helps government employees to collect and analyze data, digitize processes, and automate workflows.
