As the country’s largest gathering of media experts and practitioners, the Media Specialists of the Philippines (MSAP) is bringing the congress to greater (and colder) heights. Right at the heart of Baguio city on September 6 to 9, this year’s delegates are in for a treat: a 3 ½ day event with topics circling around this year’s theme of ASCENDANT, all about the rising power of media, its influences and dominating behavior and how to harness this for the greater good.
