MANILA, PHILIPPINES — In a significant move towards fostering education, community development, and cultural enrichment, Ayala Foundation and Enderun Colleges officially sealed their partnership with a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony held at the prestigious Ayala Museum in Makati City last February 29. The event marked the beginning of a collaborative journey aimed at empowering individuals and communities for a brighter future.

The signing ceremony commenced with the opening remarks from Andrian Villanueva, Senior Director for Corporate Resources at Ayala Foundation. Andrian expressed gratitude for the alliance with Enderun, highlighting the shared vision of both organizations, emphasizing their commitment to creating communities where individuals are productive and creative, self-reliant, and proud of their Filipino heritage.

“As a prestigious educational institution, Enderun has a proven track record in producing top management and hospitality professionals, not just in the Philippines but globally,” said Andrian. The partnership signifies Ayala Foundation’s dedication to providing its talents and communities with access to Enderun’s globally competitive development programs.

Accepting the partnership on behalf of Enderun, Chief Operating Officer Daniel Perez expressed his excitement about collaborating with Ayala Foundation. He acknowledged the Ayala group’s unwavering belief in the development of human capital as a key driver for positive change in the nation.

He expressed eagerness to work on internal programs for the Ayala Foundation team and to extend support to less privileged communities.

Enderun’s Employee Development Programs offered to Ayala Foundation encompass a range of courses such as Project Management Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management, Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 & 3 Award in Wines, ServSafe Food Protection Manager Training Course and Certification, Executive Presence and Fine Dining Etiquette, Wine and Cheese Pairing, Cookie Decorating Workshop for Kids, Foreign Languages (Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin), and French Cuisine, Language, and Culture.

Daniel also highlighted Enderun’s new degree programs, including the Bachelor of Multimedia Arts, and expressed interest in collaborating with Ayala Foundation on various initiatives. “This is an amazing partnership, and we look forward to working together on many exciting programs,” he added.

Following the MOA signing, employees of Ayala Foundation participated in a Wine 101 class led by Chie Gatchalian, WSET Educator for Enderun Extension.

The signing ceremony marks the beginning of a dynamic partnership between Ayala Foundation and Enderun, promising collaborative efforts in education, community development, and beyond.

Other key officials present at the MOA signing ceremony include Paul Vincent Mercado, Senior Director of Marketing and Donor Relations for Ayala Foundation, Joselito Ereno, HR Manager for Ayala Foundation, Tricia Tensuan, VP for Marketing for Enderun Colleges, and Loida Flojo, Director for Enderun Extension.
