BANGKOK, THAILAND — Chauffeur Chef is a travel & food docu-drama created, written, and directed by Suthisak Sucharittanonta, one of the most celebrated and lauded advertising and creative leaders in Asia. It tells feel-good stories of a young chef who lost his restaurant as a result of the Covid pandemic and becomes a chauffeur to drive his passengers across the country – road trip style – and gets to cook and sample various local cuisines along his many journeys. This limited series also acts as a way for Thailand to exhibit its soft power to the world.
Chauffeur Chef stars “Indy” Intad Leowrakwong, “Punk” Prakasit Bowsuwan, “Saiparn” Apinya Sakuljaroensuk, and “Pump” Thacksakorn Pradubpongsa. The cinematography was done by Assada Sreshthaputra, and it was produced by Triton Film Thailand.
Chauffeur Chef is scheduled to air on Channel 7 HD at 23:15 this December 20 and 27.
