PATTAYA, THAILAND – Your portfolio is more than just a collection of work. But curating a portfolio that truly sells your talent? That’s an art in itself.
Enter Shape My Portfolio, one of the standout highlights of ADFEST, powered by McCann Worldgroup. This rare initiative gives young creatives an exclusive opportunity to have their portfolios assessed by some of the industry’s top creative leaders. With one-on-one mentorship, emerging talents get real-time, no-holds-barred feedback to refine their work, strengthen their personal brand, and position themselves for career-defining opportunities.
In each 30-minute session, creatives will sit down with a mentor who will help sharpen their portfolio, highlight strengths, identify areas for improvement, and share insider tips on what agencies and brands look for. The goal? To help aspiring talents craft a portfolio that doesn’t just get noticed—it gets them hired.
Shape My Portfolio is headed by Valerie Madon, Chief Creative Officer APAC, and presents young creatives with the unique opportunity to curate a strong portfolio that will help them achieve their professional goals.
