MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The fifth adobo Festival of Ideas happening this coming December 5, 2019 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila, will be bringing in Architect Royal Pineda of BUDJI+ROYAL Architecture+Design to discuss Design, Environment and Sustainability as well as the New Clark City in the festival with a one-day program dedicated to the dissection and holistic understanding of “The Connectivity Economy”.
Known for his distinct, responsive design and practical construction using various sustainable and innovative technologies, as well as a lead advocate for modern Filipino architecture and design, Arch. Royal Pineda is a staunch believer in the value of mixing modern and traditional elements, and fusing indigenous materials with artisanal methods. He is the Principal Architect+CEO of BUDJI+ROYAL Architecture+Design. His session is entitled “Defining A Nation Through Architecture+Design.”
