MANILA, PHILIPPINES — AdSpark, a subsidiary of Globe Group’s Brave Connective, recently collaborated with Contentsquare and Amazon Web Services to host a meaningful and fun-filled discussion with brands and digital marketers through its event, “Future Without Frictions: Maximizing ROI at every stage of the customer journey.” This gave brands and marketers actionable insights on how a business can enhance its ability to have a better grasp of digital behaviors. It also discussed the importance of Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) in competing and thriving in a progressively competitive market while exhibiting ROI with minimal risk.
The event started with a discussion about Contentsquare’s role in creating a seamless digital customer experience. APAC Vice President Alex Llorens explained that Contentsquare’s Digital Experience Analytics is created to understand and address customers’ frustrations more simply.
Nikko Acosta, Chief Strategy Officer of the Globe Group and Group CEO of Brave Connective Holdings Inc., shared how Brave Connective bridges the gaps between today’s and the Philippines’ digital future. Nikko noted that their mission is to provide a seamless journey for enterprises to connect with their customers in a faster and more efficient way. Brave Connective is executing its mission with the help of AdSpark, where they do strategic planning and analytics, executing media innovations and solutions, marketing, and other adtech services. The event also had Hazel Montano-Zamora, Head of CX design at AIA as among the speakers. Hazel gave facts and figures on gaining and leveraging customers’ insights with the help of advanced analytics capabilities. The discussion ended with Sohyun Park, Senior Ecommerce Manager for APAC at Havaianas, where she discussed how Contentsquare guided them in addressing the complications in their digital customer experience.
After discussions, guests and speakers continued their conversations over cocktails during the networking hour.
