Filipino values in advertising thrust of PANA awards

The Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) launches the PANATA Awards 2009 initiating the annual program that recognizes outstanding marketing communication materials or campaigns that promote positive Filipino values.

“True to PANA’s  advocacy of  ‘Truth in Advertising’, the PANATA Awards seeks to encourage member companies, composed of the top advertisers in the country, to develop communication campaigns that promote exemplary Filipino values by recognizing and rewarding the effectiveness of their campaigns,” says PANA President Charmaine Canillas.

The PANATA awards champions traditional Filipino values reflected in marketing or advertising communications such as love of family, respect for elders, philanthropy, volunteerism, love of country, among other related traits.
