MANILA, PHILIPPINES– Tasting platform Served Manila has collaborated with Treena Tecson of True Chocolate PH to explore Philippine craft chocolates on Saturday, October 17 at 3 PM.
Tecson is a Certified IICCT Level 1 & 2 Chocolate Taster and the chocolatier behind True Chocolate PH.
The tasting will use four of the best local brands that are gaining recognition locally and abroad – Auro, Malagos, Risa and Theo & Philo.
Through the workshop, participants will learn the essentials of what to look for, how to properly taste and appreciate craft chocolates.
The tasting kit includes chocolates from Auro, Malagos, Risa and Theo & Philo plus mini cup, full cream milk, crackers, teaspoon, tasting sheet and goodies from Cacao Culture as well as Tableá Chocolate.
