Syn is one a growing number of companies participating in the mentorship program, a six month commitment during which time companies help participating mentees to build their portfolio in their area of interest, hold weekly meetings with support, resources, and insight, and connect the mentee to possible entry-level positions at the end of the mentorship program. Mentors come from all sectors in the industry, from design and live action production to network marketing, agency, and more.

According to mentee Nicolas Maldonado, “Working with Syn through .movtogether has been an eye opening and an inspiring experience. Syn has exposed me to a world of creative and professional possibilities, pushed me to explore my own talents and has helped me envision a new future for myself and my creative practices.”
