Featuring speakers from Google, YouTube, and the content creation space, the event will discuss the fundamentals and strategies of channel creation and management, content production and programming techniques, and YouTube learning best practices both from the perspectives of Google experts and actual educreators. Each presentation will run for approximately 35 minutes which includes a live Q&A segment towards the end.

“YouTube is fast emerging as the destination for supplemental and interest-based learning. In fact globally, more than 75% of people turned to YouTube to learn something new, develop a skill, or deepen their knowledge about a topic. We hope that through the Creator Day: Education initiative, we’ll be able to accelerate the growth of learning content on YouTube in the Philippines and at the same time, help teachers and learning creators grow and succeed on the platform,” said Siddharth Srinivasan, Head of YouTube Content Partnerships for Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.
