Eight winners across a variety of categories will be chosen and their winning ideas showcased and celebrated during an online awards ceremony on May 9, 2024. Streamed regionally across hubs in Mumbai, Delhi, Singapore, Thailand, Sydney, and Hong Kong, the ceremony will bring the region together for the first time to celebrate innovative MACH solutions.
MACH alliance was established in June 2020, to help companies take advantage of MACH technologies which support a composable enterprise tech stack in which every component is pluggable, scalable, replaceable, and can be continuously improved through agile development to meet evolving business requirements.
As a cutting-edge creative company leading the charge in enterprise solutions, VML has been building customer experiences based on these cloud-native, headless architectures for over a decade for clients such as T-Mobile, DFS, PVH, and Ted Baker.
Holly Hall, Managing Director at MACH Alliance, said, “Customer expectations are disrupting every market, and traditional legacy enterprise technology suites can’t keep up. The MACH Alliance presents and advocates for composable, truly open, and future-proof best-of-breed architecture — microservices-based, API-first, cloud-native SaaS, and headless.
“We know that just the spark of an idea can ignite a game-changing improvement or innovation, and are excited that VML is bringing together the region’s finest innovators to show what’s possible in the first-ever MACH Hackathon in Asia-Pacific!”
Hasan Hasnie, Chief Technology Office of VML APAC, said, “We know first-hand how by leveraging the latest advancements in cloud and API design you can create highly performant, fast, and scalable customer experiences, far ahead of the competition. We are excited to host the region’s first MACHathon and will be looking for entries that demonstrate the power of these technologies for creating connected customer experiences that inspire action, drive engagement, and deepen customer relationships at speed and scale.”
