AD STARS 2018 Awards introduces Hakuhodo APAC’s Chief Creative Officer Woon Hoh as Executive Judge for Direct, Media, Promotion, and PR

BUSAN – Hakuhodo Asia Pacific’s Chief Creative Officer Woon Hoh is chosen as an executive judge for Direct, Media, Promotion, PR categories in the upcoming AD STARS 2018 Awards, happening on August 25, 2018, in Busan, Korea.

Woon Hoh, who graduated from the Graphic Design School of Fine Arts, San Francisco, USA in 1992, has worked at top network agencies all over Asia – including Darcy, BBDO, McCann, JWT, and HAKUHODO. 

Prior to taking up the role as Chief Creative Officer of HAKUHODO Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore, Hoh was Executive Creative Director of HAKUHODO Indonesia. Under his guidance, the agency was consistently ranked among the top three in Indonesia. Most recently, in 2016, HAKUHODO Indonesia was named again as Agency of the Year for the third time.

Hoh is currently investing his time to young talent – nurturing and building teams across Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore to deliver a superior creative product and cutting edge thinking. Since its inception six years ago, Hoh has led his teams in the HAKUHODO offices under his purview to win many major awards including Best of Show and multiple Gold awards at the One Show, New York Festivals, London International Awards, AWARD, Citra Pariwara, Kancils, Longxi Award, Bangkok Art Directors’ Club, AdFest, Spikes Asia and Cannes. 

As a regionally well-respected creative, Hoh is regularly invited to judge at global and regional awards shows. He was recently the Jury President of Direct and Promo at AdFest 2017.
