PATTAYA — Five Philippines agencies hauled in awards during the second night of the ADFEST 2018 Lotus Awards. Dentsu Jayme Syfu, TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno, McCann Worldgroup Philippines, NUWORKS, and Petch all took home Lotus awards.
Dentsu Jayme Syfu continued its golden run by adding a Gold Media Lotus and an Effective Lotus for “Dead Whale” for Greenpeace Philippines.
TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno won a Lotus Roots Award this year for “Love Thy Neighbor” for Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas after winning the Grande in the same category last year for “Correcting History”. The agency further won a Silver Film Lotus for this entry under the Public Services & Cause Appeals sub-category. They also grabbed a Bronze Film Lotus for “Archimedes Trajano” for the Campaign Against The Return of the Marcoses to Malacañang (CARMMA).

Meanwhile, McCann Worldgroup Philippines added more accolades to its “Lives” and “Dim Dads” campaigns for Fully Booked and Maggi Magic Sarap respectively. The agency won Silver Radio Lotus for both campaigns.
Another winning Philippine agency was NUWORKS which won an Effective Lotus under the Small Budget sub-category for “Flawless For All” for client Belo Essentials.
Rounding out the Philippine win count was Petch which won a Bronze Media Lotus for “The House that Fried Chicken Built” for Max’s Chicken.
Dentsu Jayme Syfu was also a big winner during the first night of the Lotus Awards presentation, taking home one Silver Design Lotus, one Gold Direct Lotus, and two Gold Outdoor Lotus awards.
