Ong reiterated seven key points: Do something you’ve never done before, tell a story, use social media wisely, don’t be a chatbot, own a moment, listen to your market, and create your own influencers. “To sell to a millennial, stop selling the product. No one likes a hard sell. It’s better to sell a story,” he cited.

David Cua, Executive Director of RGC, delved into the art of making a social media star in Cebu, where talented individuals are beginning to unleash their talents online and create content that boosts engagement and drive traffic, and therefore attract advertisers and brands.
