Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has won a merit award at the 17th Philippine Quill Awards for its “STB intensifies passions with a fresh wave of possibilities” entry in the marketing, advertising, and brand communication category. Following the launch of the “Singapore: Passion Made Possible” campaign in 2017 showcasing the countless possibilities that passionate foodies, shopaholics, and explorers can enjoy in the Lion City, STB Philippines introduced a fresh wave of passion tribes on its 2nd year – the Socialisers, who find meaningful connections through music and entertainment; the Culture-Shapers, who are passionate about the arts, craft and culture; and the Action-Seekers, who are fueled by adrenalin and new adventures.
“Our campaign aimed to inspire Filipino travellers realise their passions in music, entertainment, and adventure through the campaign activities profiling Singapore’s vibrant offerings. It is indeed an honor to receive this award,” says John Conceicao, Executive Director, Southeast Asia, Singapore Tourism Board.
Through creative activations and digital initiatives, the campaign further drove the message of Singapore being a destination where Filipino travelers can fulfil their diverse passions.
