CANNES – This year’s Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has announced the shortlists for Product Design Lions. Out of 34 shortlisted entries, US has 9, followed by Germany with 4.
Google Mountain View helped US dominate the list with 5 shortlists. Their work ‘Google Home Mini’ for Google LLC got 3 shortlists under the categories: Electronics, Entertainment & Consumer Technology, Brand Communication, and Integration of Technology into Daily Life. Meanwhile, the company’s ‘Google Pixelbuds’ got 2 shortlists under the categories: Electronics, Entertainment & Consumer Technology and Integration of Technology into Daily Life.
For Asia, India became the leading country with 3 shortlists, followed by Japan and UAE which both have 2.
