Cannes Lions 2016: Colenso BBDO Auckland, Dentsu Inc. Tokyo, 84.Paris, Forsman & Bodenfors, and Google Creative Lab London win Grand Prix awards

CANNES – The fourth day of the 2016 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity saw the awarding of winners for Outdoor Lions, Design Lions, Digital Craft Lions, PR Lions, and Product Design Lions.

‘Brewtroleum,’ a campaign from Colenso BBDO Auckland for DB Export beer won the Grand Prix. It was nominated under the Integrted Campaign led by Outdoor category and has been one of the most talked about campaigns as it vied for other Lions as well.

TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno won yet another Bronze Lion for its ‘Countless Colors’ campaign for Boysen. Shortlisted under the Art Direction category, this follows TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno’s two Bronze Lions given out for Print and Publishing Lions. The agency earned those honors for its ‘Dirty Watercolor’ campaign on behalf of ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation, Inc.

Dentsu Inc. Tokyo’s ‘Life is Electric’ took home the Grand Prix in the Design Lions for client Panasonic.

Digital Craft Lions

84.Paris earned the Digital Craft Lions Grand Prix for its ‘Because Recollection’ campaign for Because Music. This was an entry for the Video/Moving Image category.

PR Lions

Forsman & Bodenfors Gothenburg was awarded the Grand Prix for the campaign called ‘The Organic Effect for client Coop. This was shortlisted in the Retail, e-Commerce, Restaurants, and Fast Food Chains category.

Shortlisted for Innovation, Google Creative Lab London’s Jacquard for Creative Public has now been awarded a Grand Prix.
