Previously named the New Directors Showcase, Saatchi & Saatchi is almost on its third decade of presenting the New Creators Showcase at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Every year, the showcase celebrates new directing talent with a compilation of creative work from the best emerging directors. Saatchi & Saatchi gives new talent the opportunity to be seen and discovered.

The event organized by Saatchi & Saatchi at Cannes highlights the evolution of the craft of filmmaking and storytelling. With almost three decades of the New Creators Showcase, new ways of twisting and stretching the craft are discovered, which is why there was a change of name for 2019. By using ‘creators’ instead of ‘directors,’ the name of the showcase takes into account the different platforms in which stories can be told.

Here’s the lineup with works from 20 talented directors!
