Dentsu Aegis combines Vivid Group with Isobar in AUS, NZ

GLOBAL – Dentsu Aegis Network has started a reorganization of its agencies in Australia and New Zealand which will consolidate its technology specialist Vivid Group into its digital arm Isobar.

The new The Isobar Australia & NZ Group will integrate Vivid’s Perth, Melbourne and Sydney teams, completing a true trans-Tasman offer manned by over 300 people. Included in this merger is the recently acquired agency Soap last February.

Konrad Spilva will take on the role of CEO Isobar Group Australia & NZ, whilst Ben Shapiro, Vivid’s Managing Director, will take the role of Commercial Director of the group and the lead the new Perth-based Isobar office.

The merger is expected to beef up Vivid’s strategy, conceptual creative and user experience offering, whilst bolstering Isobar’s credentials in ecommerce, CRM & marketing automation services along with tracking and measurement.
