NEW YORK – Devika Bulchandani has been promoted to President of McCann XBC. She succeeds Joyce King Thomas, who has been named Chairman, McCann XBC.
McCann XBC, formed in 2012, is an agency dedicated to MasterCard that works alongside additional McCann Worldgroup companies such as MRM//McCann and Interpublic agencies such as R/GA and Octagon. Bulchandani, who has served as Managing Director of Global Strategy at McCann and Chief Strategy Officer of McCann XBC, will transition to her new worldwide responsibilities effective immediately.

Bulchandani was part of the McCann XBC leadership team at its launch, along with King Thomas. She has been with McCann since 1997. She rose quickly to become Chief Strategy Officer of McCann New York in 2005. King Thomas, who first joined McCann New York in 1995, served as Chief Creative Officer of McCann New York from 2004 through 2010.
