SINGAPORE – Ogilvy has announced a new partnership with Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) following a competitive pitch. This is the first partnership for ECDA and Ogilvy and will see the agency driving integrated communications initiatives for ECDA for the next two years.

The ECDA serves as the regulatory and development authority for the early childhood sector in Singapore, overseeing key aspects of children’s development below the age of seven. In line with Singapore’s new focus om the early childhood education sector, Ogilvy will spearhead strategic communications efforts for ECDA to recognize, attract and retain early childhood educators. This includes an integrated communications approach encompassing advertising, public relations, digital, social, media and marketing events.

Chong Ee Rong, Group Managing Director, Ogilvy Singapore, said, “As the saying goes, it takes a village to raise a child. In this case, our early childhood education community has been that village for us in Singapore, playing an integral role in shaping the hearts and minds of young children with passion and professionalism. We often underestimate the value and impact the early years have in the nurturing of young children, setting them up for future successes. Ogilvy Singapore is extremely honored to partner with ECDA to bring this purposeful campaign to life, and playing a part in recognizing and appreciating this incredible teaching community.
